At Tooth of the Arrow, we stand behind the quality and performance of every product we make. Whether it’s broadheads, arrows, or accessories, our goal is to deliver premium gear that performs in the field. If you experience an issue with your Tooth of the Arrow gear, we’ll work with you to make it right.
Broadhead Warranty
What’s Covered
Our broadhead warranty covers non-hunting damage that occurs within 90 calendar days of receiving your order. This includes situations such as:

Impact with a hard object hidden inside a target (e.g., old field points, inserts, or other broadheads).

Accidental damage caused by shooting into a target and then striking the same spot with another broadhead or field point.
If your broadheads meet these criteria, we’ll gladly replace the pack or offer store credit.
What’s Not Covered
Due to the extremely high volume of fraudulent claims, we cannot cover broadheads allegedly damaged during hunting. While this policy change was difficult, real hunting-related damage is rare, and scam attempts are frequent.
Arrow Warranty
Arrow Shafts & Prefletched Arrows
Arrow shafts and prefletched arrows are eligible for return, exchange, or warranty replacement only if they are completely unaltered and within 90 days of the original purchase date.
Because of the nature of these products, any shafts or arrows that have been cut, glued, shot, refletched, wrapped, or had components installed are not eligible for warranty or replacement—except in cases of clear, verifiable manufacturing defects.
Vane & Nock Policy

Vanes: Torn, ripped, or otherwise damaged vanes are not covered under warranty unless there is a clear manufacturing defect. If you receive an arrow with a poorly glued vane, do not shoot or modify it. Take clear photos and contact us right away at customercare@toothofthearrowbroadheads.com.

Nocks: Due to how arrows are used, broken nocks are not covered under warranty. However, replacements can be purchased through our team, and we’ll ensure you receive the same model for consistent fit and performance across your setup.
Accessories Warranty
Accessories such as sharpeners, inserts, field points, and other small components are covered against manufacturing defects for 90 days from delivery. Damage resulting from misuse, modification, or wear and tear is not covered.
Warranty Eligibility
To qualify for warranty replacement or store credit:

Products must have been purchased directly from toothofthearrowbroadheads.com or from an authorized Tooth of the Arrow retailer.

The purchase must have occurred within 90 calendar days of your warranty claim.

Proof of purchase (order number or retailer receipt) is required.

Orders made directly from our website may be eligible for full refunds if within 90 days of delivery.
Return & Shipping Process
For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label. For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a shipping method with tracking — you are responsible for the product until it arrives at our warehouse.
